Corona virus information

Our response to the corona virus:

– After every guest leaves the house, we create a disinfectant mist in the houses, using a cold mist generator that covers all surfaces of the house, thus disinfecting the house to hospital level. All surfaces and kitchen utensils are cleaned with disinfectant.- We have changed the dishwashing liquid and hand-washing soap in all our houses to disinfectant.- The water in the jacuzzi is changed every time we change guests, as before, and we use chlorine disinfectant to treat the water. Our Finnish sauna is our only common room, so to ensure the safest possible use, please let our staff know when you would like to use it on arrival, so we can avoid overcrowding.- Our staff will brief you on arrival, but due to the virus, instead of the usual room presentation, we will show you a video of the house, breakfast and other dining options. You will be able to start this video by switching on the TV and starting the USB input.

Does the jacuzzi work in winter?

Yes, the hot tubs operate at 36-38C all year round.

 

Can I bring my pet into the accommodation?

Unfortunately, due to the specific design of the buildings, we cannot accommodate animals.

Do all houses have their own jacuzzi?

Yes, each house has its own private hot tub.

 

Is it possible to get an extra bed?

The buildings are designed for two people and therefore no extra beds are available.

 

Parking for free?

Free parking is available for all guests.

When can I arrive?

At this stage, we will be able to hand over the accommodation properly disinfected from 3h.

How long do I have to leave the accommodation?

You must leave the accommodation by 10 am on the day of departure to ensure that the canopy is properly prepared for the next guests.

Conditions for cancelling a reservation

The following conditions apply to reservations made on treehouses.hu! You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Within 29 to 14 days 50% of the amount will be deducted and 13 days before the start of the booking period the full amount will be deducted. In any case, we can only accept your cancellation in writing by e-mail to info@treehouses.hu. You can check the cancellation conditions for bookings made through other websites (booking.com, szallas.hu, airbnb.com …etc.)

When is an appointment available?

If there is no availability on the date you are looking for, please enter a new date. If there is available capacity in any of our properties for that date, the <Show available room types> button will appear. By clicking on the button you will be redirected to our Official Reservation System, where you will now have the option to view our availability in calendar view by clicking on <Available Dates> or <Alternate Dates>. Each calendar view shows the occupancy of the given house type.

In many cases, GPS and Google Maps will lead you in the wrong direction, so we’ve created a map to help you find the entrance. In case of booking, this map will also be sent in the confirmation e-mail.

Breakfast is automatically included, but is lunch and dinner also available?

Breakfast is automatically included in all our bookings, lunch and dinner are not available, we recommend restaurants nearby, 2-5 minutes walk away.

Are there towels in the houses?

Yes, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided in our houses, but also hairdryer, shower gel and body lotion!
